The Vintage Purse Museum is extremely grateful to Michelle J., the Historian/Archivist at the Eli Lilly and Company for sharing the two photos below the photo of our doctor's bag. They told us these were given as gifts to medical students in the 1950s-1960s, with a series of items inside. The Eli Lilly signature is imprinted on the buckle.
